Discounted Parts and Service 2/13/09   Discounted Parts and Service – Mercedes Benz ofCincinnati   We want every Mercedes Benz Club of America (MBCA) member to know they are entitled to a discount on parts and service.  Our Parts Department offers Mercedes Benz's true suggested wholesale pricing on original equipment parts.  This is the price we sell parts to independent garages and body shops, roughly 20% off list.  Our Service Department offers 10% off all service for club members.  Membership must be current and membership card needs to be presented to receive discount.  We are dedicated to helping enthusiasts properly service their cars with factory trained technicians, using genuine parts resulting in more enjoyable miles with your Mercedes Benz.   Mercedes Benz of Cincinnati appreciates your business and wishes more customers were as educated and enthusiastic about their cars as MBCA members.   Mercedes-Benz USA - Parts Warranty Policy Parts warranty applies when the customer purchases an original equipment part or accessory which fails due to defect within 12 months of purchase.  Customer must provide copy of receipt of purchase.  The vehicle may be taken to an authorized dealer for free repair, or the part will be given to customer without cost. Twelve month replacement on all parts except the following: Transmissions – 24 months or 24,000 miles Engines – 48 months or 50,000 miles Engine Batteries – 2 year full replacement Remote Key Batteries – 3 months   Mercedes-Benz USA – Roadside Assistance Mercedes-Benz USA offers free roadside service for the life of the vehicle.  This applies to any Mercedes, new or old, 1st owner or 5th owner, no matter the mileage.  Call 800-FOR-MERC or 800-367-6372, you’ll need to be with the vehicle to give location and Vehicle Identification Number.  Roadside assistance includes: -Flat tire change -Jump start battery -Vehicle battery replacement (customer pays for battery) -Out of fuel service
