FARBERALLYE XXXII - PORTLAND ME
October 23-25, 2009

Over 35 couples gathered for one of the most well attended Farberallyes with members representing 3 different sections (Hudson-Mohawk, Minuteman, and Northern New England) and 6 states (NY, ME, VT, NH, MA, RI). Judy Kelley and family, from the Northern New England section, organized a wonderful rallye around the Lake Sebago area. The weather did not cooperate, with rain coming down all day on Saturday. The foliage and scenery was beautiful and enjoyed by all despite the weather. It was a great event, atttended by a bunch of great folks!

We look forward to seeing you all again next year, when the Minuteman Section hosts Farberallye XXXIII.

Ken Bourque's Nautical Cruise
Sponsored by AlphaCars

It was a beautiful day, August 16th, when we departed for our two hour sail aboard the grand schooner, The Liberté touring the protected waters of Vineyard Sound. The 74 foot, three-masted schooner was filled to capacity as it sailed past the spectacular scenery, historic homes and Lighthouses of Woods Hole. Our captain, Chris, gave a grand oration of the history all about us. After arriving back to land, the group was off to the Coonamesset Inn, just a few short blocks away where we enjoyed a fabulous dinner and the company of good friends. The Minuteman Section would like to thank AlphaCars for their sponsorship of this event.
