This week, we are welcoming new Club member Chris Armstrong from Houston, Texas, whose love for Mercedes Benz has become a family tradition.

“We love our S213 E63 wagons, and currently every member of our family drives a Mercedes. Our youngest daughter just got her first project car, and it is, you guessed it, a Mercedes! She will be starting with a W210 E430 sedan and getting it cleaned up and roadworthy.”

Chris drives a GLC 300 with nearly 200,000 miles as his daily commuter and cross country work vehicle. He says it has been the best vehicle yet for his service company. His wife drives a GLE 350, and even Grandma drives a Mercedes.

“I kind of blame Grandma for the whole thing,” Chris says. “She drove a W126 380 SE when I was born in 1983.”

For the Armstrong family, Mercedes Benz is more than a favorite brand. It is a family tradition.
