Registration fees for the rally are paid directly to the event organizer and are not collected by or on behalf of MBCA. MBCA is not responsible for the administration, operation, scheduling, route planning, or management of the rally, nor for any changes, cancellations, losses, damages, or claims arising from participation.
By registering, participants acknowledge that they are taking part in the rally voluntarily and assume all risks associated with operating or traveling in their vehicle. Participants are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is roadworthy, properly insured, and operated in compliance with all applicable traffic laws.
