About Us

San Francisco
California

Welcome to the San Francisco Bay Area (SFBA) Section of the Mercedes-Benz Club of America (MBCA). Our section was chartered on May 12, 1958, when we became the 7th section of the MBCA. The SFBA Section's membership is principally drawn from the ten counties which form the greater San Francisco Bay Area, but our geographic boundaries extend along the Highway 101 corridor from Monterey County in the south to Del Norte and Siskiyou counties along the Oregon border. In total, our membership numbers close to 1,000 individuals from 30 California counties as well as six other states and two foreign countries. Our members collectively own over 1,500 Mercedes-Benz automobiles, but ownership is not required to be an enthusiastic member of our club.

Our members enjoy a wide variety of opportunities to meet with other Mercedes enthusiasts locally, regionally and nationally. At the local level, our section has an activity calendar filled with technical, driving, show and social events - all excellent opportunities to meet with others that share a passion for Mercedes-Benz. Our members also participate in Western Region events as well as National and International events hosted by MBCA.
