About Us

Southwest Florida Chapter

Naples, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers, Marco Island, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda and Venice

The Southwest Florida Chapter covers the southwest Gulf coastal region to the middle of Florida from Chokoloskee in the south to Venice in the north and has had a dedicated group of Mercedes-Benz enthusiasts since the chapter was formed in 1989. It is a very active chapter with two member breakfast meetings each month, one in Fort Myers and one in Naples.  Frequent activities include driving events, social events, Oktoberfest, car shows, tours of auto collections, visits to art exhibits, and Ladies of Mercedes events.  The rich cultural environment in our area provides a wide range of opportunities for our members to choose from. Our breakfast meetings usually have 20 or more participants and provide quality social time as well as a platform for a formal program. These meetings also allow members to share information regarding resources that individual members have used for support of their vehicle needs.

Our area dealers also participate in these meetings and other chapter events during the year. These dealers currently provide discounted service hourly rates and parts discounts to MBCA members. These breakfast meetings and interaction with other chapter members are designed to enhance our MBCA members’ overall experience.  Our unique location in Southwest Florida, a popular seasonal destination for many, results in the pleasure of meeting MBCA members from other parts of the country and often, the world. Their participation in our chapter events further enhances our MBCA experiences. We invite those who joined Southwest Florida Chapter as secondary chapter members, as well as all other MBCA members, to our local events when they are in Southwest Florida. Your Southwest Florida Chapter leadership is always available to our members and appreciates your input on events that you would like to see planned.
